We use your personal information to: create and manage your account; match Customers with available Providers; process bookings and payments; send booking confirmations, updates, and service-related notifications; respond to support queries; detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Platform; and improve and personalise the Platform.
We process your personal information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (to deliver the service you booked), because you have given consent (for example, to location access or marketing communications), or because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform, in each case in a manner consistent with POPIA.
